WvW Ratings to be reset 2-1-13

It was announced in the WvW forums that the ratings would be reset effective at close of battle 2-1-13 in light of the end of free world transfers and in an effort to adjust for the reality of server populations and participation. They anticipate that it will take about 2 months for the ratings to stabilize and the matchups to become more even but it should result in SBI not being blown out of the water and having a chance to finally get its act together in a reasonable difficulty bracket.

Hopefully this plays out well and we are able to resume WvW participation without it being a frustrating mess
